Human Resource Associate I
Generalist who provides support in one or more areas of Human Resources. Primary focus is on HR information system, supporting the employment and staffing process, Internet/Intranet, and administrative support. Ensures that all recruiting and hiring practices comply with EEO, ADA, FMLA, and other employment laws. Works with Director to meet employee and company needs. Assists in the basic design and implementation of company policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the role. Works under general supervision.

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in an applicable field, plus 4 to 5 years Human Resources experience or a Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years Human Resources experience. Experience in a computerized office environment, using IBM-compatible computers and MS Excel, Word, and Access. FrontPage, PowerPoint, and OrgPlus desired.
