Corporate Events Coordinator
Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the coordination and execution of all external corporate events. Including events such as; CBORD User Group Conference, Regional User Meetings, User Advisory Council Meetings, Webinars, etc. As well as handle vendor relations for promotional needs and support our Partnering for Success program. In addition, maintain budget spreadsheets and process all major company mailings.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, or High School Diploma plus 4 years experience required. 1 year administrative experience required. Meeting/event management experience a must.
Computer software skills in Microsoft Office (PageMaker or InDesign, Word, Excel, Access). Detail oriented individual with excellent writing, time, and project management skills. Self-starter who also works well in team environments, organizes and sets priorities effectively and has ability to handle multiple projects at once.
Travel: 5%
