KRONOS® and CBORD Establish Partnership

Ithaca, New York—The CBORD Group, Inc., the world's primary supplier of cashless, computer ID card systems and Kronos Incorporated (Nasdaq: KRON), the industry leader in frontline labor management solutions, have announced the formation of a strategic business relationship.

As a result of this relationship, CBORD's Cashless Systems, running OmniACCESS software, will be integrated with Kronos' Timekeeper™ system. This integration will give organizations the ability to use CBORD systems to track employee expenditures at company facilities such as cafeterias, pharmacies, vending machines, and parking garages, and automatically transmit that data to the Kronos system to be processed with the employee's time and labor data. Once the information is processed, the Kronos system will pass the combined data to the institution's payroll system.

CBORD will develop an interface between Kronos' Timekeeper system and CBORD's Cashless Systems. CBORD and Kronos will participate in joint marketing and sales activities that will leverage both organizations' distribution channels. Both companies will continue to sell and service their systems directly.
