New Hanover Regional Medical Center adds NetCatering to portfolio of CBORD solutions

Ithaca, New York—The CBORD Group, Inc., is pleased to announce that New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, North Carolina, recently selected CBORD® as its catering and event management software provider.

The medical center purchased NetCatering®, a fully customizable storefront application allowing catering customers to book, view, and edit the details of their catering events via the web.

New Hanover implemented NetCatering in 2007 and has already realized significant gains in order-taking efficiency. Prior to implementation, 20% of catering orders were processed over the phone, and 80% were processed via fax or email. Thanks to NetCatering, 95% of catering orders are now processed online.
