CBORD Acquires GeriMenu

Ithaca, New York—The CBORD Group, Inc., announced today its acquisition of GeriMenu, Inc., the leading supplier of dietary management applications targeted to long-term care facilities. With offices in York, Pennsylvania, GeriMenu has over 900 licensed facilities throughout the United States and Canada. CBORD, headquartered in Ithaca, NY, is the leading provider of food and nutrition services software for on-site foodservice.

GeriMenu, as a subsidiary of CBORD, will remain headquartered in York, Pennsylvania. All current GeriMenu employees will remain with the company.
