Odyssey PCS System Operator Certification
(Beginner to Intermediate)
This three-day session is a comprehensive training and certification track for Odyssey system operators. Participants receive instruction in terminal troubleshooting, system configuration, reports, and management of their Odyssey systems. The session concludes with an optional certification exam. Class size is small (8 participants maximum) so instruction is hands-on and focused to the individual needs of the participants.

| Location: | All courses are held at our training facility in Farmington, New York. Farmington is located in the Finger Lakes region, approximately 25 minutes southeast of Rochester. There is no Internet access in our facility. |
| Meals: | Complementary lunches are provided during each day of training. Attendees are responsible for morning and evening meals. |
| Class Schedule: | Class begins promptly at 8:30 AM and ends at 4:30 PM. The last day of class ends at 3:00 PM. |
| Emergency Information: | If anyone needs to contact attendees during training, they may call the CBORD training facility from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at 585.742.7100. |
| Lodging: | You are responsible for all hotel charges incurred during your stay and you must pay for these charges upon checkout from the hotel.Our training coordinator can reserve a room for you at our preferred hotel. |
| Map and Directions: | View a map and directions to the CBORD training facility and local hotels. |
| Attire: | Attendees may wish to wear layered business casual attire. |
| Payment: |
The Training Fee includes instruction, training materials, refreshments and lunch for the duration of the course. Please note - the Training Fee does not include lodging, morning or evening meals, shuttle service to and from the training facility, and transportation to and from Rochester, NY. Please call with any special needs such as food allergies etc. Payment is expected prior to the training. Payment can be made by credit card, check, or purchase order. |
| Cancellation Policy: | If the attendee must cancel, a dated "Letter of Cancellation" must be faxed to our training coordinator. I further understand that I may be charged a cancellation fee of $200.00 if the attendee does not cancel within ten working days of the course start date. Optionally, another member of your organization may attend in place of the originally registered attendee. Registered attendees who do not attend the course and do not cancel will be charged the entire cost of the course. I also understand that I am responsible for canceling my hotel reservation and obtaining a hotel cancellation number. Please note that you are responsible for canceling your hotel reservation. |
